Courtney Doucette, Retail Specialist
Courtney joined SkinLab upon it’s opening in Dec. of 2020. After working in both retail and hospitality management for over 10 years Courtney was presented the opportunity to work in the aesthetic side of retail and could not be happier about making the transition. Courtney’s motto is every client should walk out happier than they walked in, and she would like SkinLab to feel like a safe place for all. Courtney has a passion about skin care and would love to talk about products and guide all clients to both a skincare routine and treatment plan that lines up with their goals.
Seth Hall, Injectable/Laser RN
Seth graduated from Mercy College in Des Moines with a RN degree in 2011. He worked as an ER tech during school and was hired by the Eagle Hospital as a cardiac ICU nurse right after graduation. Seth was a traveling ICU nurse for several years and worked at some amazing hospitals such as USC and Stanford.
Seth moved to Palm Springs 5 years ago and started his journey into aesthetics part time but realized it was his passion and was very happy to work full time at CSI and SkinLab.

Diane Lipson, Esthetician
Diane is new to the Coachella Valley. She is a licensed Master Esthetician, Certified Medical Assistant, and Oncology trained. With over a decade of experience, she comes with high standards of skincare being a lifetime member of the National Coalition of Estheticians Association.
Joy DeValera, Esthetician
Joy Devalera is from Torrance CA. She received her Esthetician license in 2003. Joy worked at the La Quinta Resort and Spa until she was welcomed to the team at CSI. Joy is now at SkinLab which opened its doors in 2020. Joy absolutely loves what she does and looks forward to seeing her patients each and every day.
Patricia Delapaz, Front Desk Representative
Patricia joined the CSI team in 2017 then transitioned into the SkinLab office shortly after opening in 2021. A native of the Coachella Valley and fluent in Spanish, Patricia brings years of previous front desk experience to SkinLab and quality service is her number one goal. Raising 4 children and being a stay at home mom for a period, her nurturing, empathic ways transition into caring for our clients. Patricia hopes to see your beautiful face soon!
Sally Martinez, Esthetician
Licensed since 2007, Sally has been working on getting her Master Esthetician certification. Sally loves providing patients with a safe and comfortable atmosphere while helping them find the right products and treatments to reach their goals. She also loves educating patients on small changes to their daily routine which in the end can have a big impact on the health of their skin in the future.
Elizabeth Bruno, Esthetician
Elizabeth grew up in Southern California and attended the Paul Mitchell school in the Bay Area. She has 3 years’ experience as a Medical Esthetician. Elizabeth has a passion for skincare based on her own struggles with acne and loves helping others manage adult acne.
Candis Jones, Laser/Injectable RN
Candis grew up in Southern California and received her BSN from Colorado Christian University. She has 6 years of nursing experience and 3 years in Aesthetics. She’s most excited about helping each patient achieve their skincare goals and watching the transformation take place. She loves helping others feel their absolute best.
Rosalina Ramirez, The Lash Gal
Rosalina joined the SkinLab team as a Lash Technician in 2021. With a passion for detail and precision Rosalina discovered the world of lash extensions in 2014, the same year as becoming a Medical Esthetician. Rosalina knew she always wanted to specialize in Lash extensions and takes pride in the quality placement of each lash. Rosalina takes into consideration each client’s individual beauty, while features are enhanced through the placement of each lash. Shauna Wheeler, Laser/Injectable RN
Shauna was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and received her BSN from Touro University. Shauna has over 11 years of experience from Trauma Nurse to Aesthetic Nurse. Her number one goal is making her patients feel like their best and most beautiful self.
