Meet Our Administrative Staff

Tamara began working at Cosmetic Surgery Institute in 2008. She has an extensive management and marketing background in the spa, hospitality, and retail industries. Excellence in customer service is a top priority of Tamara’s, and she is very involved in the day-to-day operations of the practice. Prior to coming to work for Dr. Mo Zakhireh at Cosmetic Surgery Institute of Palm Desert, Tamara managed a spa at a local resort and held other management positions for different companies in her home state of Colorado. Tamara is also managing partner of CSI’s second location, SkinCeuticals SkinLab by Cosmetic Surgery Institute.

Holli joined the CSI team in 2016 as the front office patient coordinator and become assistant manager in 2021. Holli has lived in the Coachella Valley for more than 38 years, where she has raised four beautiful children and worked as VP of her husband’s construction company. She is extremely service oriented as a result of having worked in the service industry for more than 30 years in various industries, including beauty and real estate.

Susan joined Cosmetic Surgery Institute in 2016 as front office patient coordinator and shortly thereafter moved into her role as a surgical coordinator. She joined CSI after working for another local aesthetic medical office for more than six years. Her background in marketing and retail management serves her primary focus of building patient relationships. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals by guiding each patient through their surgical journey. As a patient liaison, she will be there to answer any questions you may have before and after your visit, as well as help bridge a positive and open relationship with our practice.

MaKael is our lead front office representative. She started her medical journey in 2013 working as the Outpatient and Emergency room receptionist, where she found her passion for working in the medical field. MaKael start working for a Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery office for 5 years becoming the manager on duty. Finally reaching her goals of working in a Plastic surgery office, MaKael joined our team in 2020 with the goal to learn everything she can. MaKael is a mother to her one son, who loves coming to the office and spending time with “Dr. MoMo”. She loves going to Disneyland and is a foodie who loves to try new foods from around the valley and ALWAYS has snacks available!
